What is Hoop Dance?
Hoop Dance is different to the hula hooping you remember as a child. We use bigger, heavier hoops that rotate slowly around your body so you have time to do tricks and dance inside the hoop. So even if you think you can't hoop, with one of these hoops you can!
What are the benefits of Hooping?

I can't make it to the classes you run. Are there any alternatives?
If you have missed the current course join our mailing list and we will email you when the next round is announced.
We offer private lessons that are perfect for people with busy schedules. Or if you have a group of 5 or more we can arrange to hold a class at a time that suits you. Contact us for more details.
I'm busy/ I missed some of the nights of the course - can I make them up later or get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot keep track of class sizes and student skill levels if we allow make-up classes. As a hooper we know you understand that we need room to move safely and an overfilled class is no fun! That's why we pre-book classes. Please make sure before you book in that you are free at class times. We do not offer partial refunds for classes missed.
