Classes are available in Burleigh Heads on Wednesdays at 12 noon or by arrangement - phone 0419 895 975 for details or to discuss group bookings and private lessons.
Classes cover Hoop Dance Moves and Circus Tricks that start from the basics and work you up to performance level. You will learn hooping on your body and off, jump throughs and turns, and more advanced students will learn isolations, angle hooping, leg hooping and multiple hoop splits. Absolute beginners welcome - we can teach anyone with our larger, slower moving adult hoops!
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, nothing too loose and flowing that could get caught in the hoop. Think yoga or dance class! Contact us to arrange a private or group session. |
