A Hens Party with a difference and a huge giggle with the girls! 

Laugh, dance and feel sexy as you learn to swing those hips inside the hoop. Anyone can do it in our adult sized hoops that spin slower giving you time to do fancy tricks and groovy moves.  We have the venue and activity covered, all you need to do is rock up with the girls!

​How does it work?

We can come to your venue if there is space or we can book you a studio for hooping fun in Chapel St, one of Melbourne's top nightlife areas. We bring plenty of hoops and the music - you just bring the girls and your camera!
