​Hula Hooping Hens Nights & Parties
A Hens Night or Party on the Gold Coast with a difference and a super fun giggle with the girls! 
Laugh, dance and feel sexy as you learn to swing those hips inside the hoop. Anyone can do it in our adult sized hoops that spin slower giving you time to do fancy tricks and groovy moves. We have the activity covered, all you need to do is let us know where to meet you!

​How does it work?

We come to your home, venue, hall, pub or club and bring hoops, music and fun! You pay in advance so you don't have to worry about anything on the day. Pick a theme if you like to dress up and let the girls know to come in costume - we can tailor the music and moves to your theme (i.e. Beyonce, 80s, disco, Woodstock)!
