• Booking is essential as space is limited.

Hoop Dance classes use bigger, slower hoops so you can move inside the hoop and find your flow to the music.  These classes go for 1 hour and are for both new hoopers and those with experience wanting to continue to intermediate level. They include a warm up, games, dance moves and tricks to get you flowing in the hoop or trying your hand at two hoops! 

Hoop Dance Workshop

An all levels Hoop Dance workshop - a great introduction for those who have never tried Hoop Dance before or an excellent opportunity to take your hooping to the next level with flow, turns, breaks, isolations and jump throughs.
