​​​Join us for a friendly and relaxed 4 week hula hoop course for fun, fitness or even performance! It doesn't matter which level you're at, with 13 years of experience we can offer skills/moves to suit you. Even if you've never tried hooping before, come along and meet other lovely hoopers and learn how to find your flow in the hoop! We'll start each class with a warm-up and some basics that every hooper needs to practice to stay hoop-fit, then we'll learn tricks both on the body and off. And of course, we'll practice joining your moves together so you can eventually flow flawlessly in the hoop!

Order one of our gorgeous Hula Hoops and we will bring it to class for you. ​These hoops are the perfect weight for adults. If you can't keep the hoop going with a discount store hoop or a kids' hoop, it's not you - it's the hoop! Yes, size matters and we have designed the best size and weight hoop for adults.  Choose 95cm or 85cm (95cm is great for absolute beginners and 85cm is suitable if you want to work up to more advanced moves) and let us know your favourite colour and we will bring a custom made design to class for you!​
