Saturday 18 Aug 2018 Time: 2 - 4pm Venue: The Sideshow, 349 Montague Rd, West End Teacher: Josie Jupiter Cost: $49.00 Come and learn all the best tricks I know with 2, 3, 4 and 10 hoops! We will do some on-body drills to get the hoops splitting and moving where you want them to go - fast! And some old school hoop dance moves and unique three hoop patterns and wedgie combos for those looking for an advanced challenge.
PLUS the piece de resistance... learn how to do a hoop stack by having hoops thrown onto you. This is my favourite show finale and I want to share it with you!
To get the most out of this workshop you need to know the basics - if you can get the hoop going on your hands, waist, legs and arms that would be great. However, if you want to work on skills and drills to help you move on to more advanced tricks come along and I'll get you started on legs, arms and doubles technique! Plus if you can waist hoop, you can learn the hoop stack.
BYO up to 4 hoops each and I will have a stack for you to try. There will be extras for those who don't have enough.

What should I wear/ bring? Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, nothing too loose and flowing that could get caught in the hoop. Think yoga or dance class! Bring up to 4 hoops of the same size. There will be extra hoops provided in class :)
